All Wenzhou Sanjian orders are shipped directly from the Wenzhou factory warehouse

Wenzhou TriArrow focuses on the production of electronic water pumps and cooling assemblies for Mercedes Benz, BMW, and Audi series cars. All orders are directly shipped from the warehouse of the Wenzhou factory and undergo standardized quality inspection, packaging, and shipping processes to ensure the safety of long-distance cross-border transportation of auto parts.
1、 Order delivery time
Spot orders: Regular hot selling models (such as M254/M270/EA837/B48 water pump assemblies) have sufficient inventory and will be shipped out within 3-5 working days after the payment is confirmed.
Customized/Shortage Orders: Large scale orders with a production lead time of 12-20 working days, with estimated shipping time synchronized with the order.
Sample order: Arrange to send out the sample within 2-4 working days after payment.
2、 Packaging standards
Single product: Independent color box/neutral box, with foam protection inside to prevent damage to the water pump housing, plug, and sealing ring from collision.
Full container load: Reinforced export five layer corrugated cardboard boxes, palletized, with OE number, model, quantity, gross weight and volume marked on the outside of the box. We can provide TriArrow brand customized packaging and also support customer private label customization.
Fragile parts should be isolated separately to avoid component failure caused by transportation compression.
3、 Logistics transportation methods (all can be subject to trade terms such as EXW/FOB/CIF)
Sea freight (bulk FCL/LCL)
Suitable for bulk export to European, Middle Eastern, and North American markets; We can coordinate with cooperative freight forwarders or use customer designated freight forwarders; Provide container loading photos and lead seal numbers, and promptly provide a complete set of customs clearance documents including bill of lading, packing list, and commercial invoice after the ship departs.
Air freight/express delivery (samples, small batch urgent orders)
DHL/UPS/TNT， Suitable for sample making, urgent replenishment orders, and fast delivery time.
Domestic shipping: Domestic customers can use dedicated logistics, SF Express, etc.
4、 Shipping process
Order confirmation, payment received;
Warehouse secondary quality inspection: check OE number, model, appearance and function to prevent wrong or missed shipments;
Packaging and labeling;
Hand it over to the freight forwarder/logistics, synchronize the logistics tracking number and estimated departure time;
Follow up on the entire transportation of goods, promptly synchronize with customers in case of any abnormalities, and archive and retain the entire set of documents.
5、 Precautions
Real photos of the goods can be provided according to customer requirements before shipment;
Support customers to conduct on-site factory inspections and warehouse inspections;
Packaging, marking, and labeling can be customized according to customer requirements.
